If a discount is not being applied, consider the following possible causes.
An active paid plan is required to activate campaigns. Without one, campaigns remain in Draft status and will not apply.
If you are testing on a development store, a paid plan (test) is also required.
In the theme editor's preview mode, you can only see the state at the time you clicked the preview button. To verify whether the discount is actually being applied, test on your live online store.
If the campaign status is set to "Draft," the discount will not be applied. Change the status to "Active" and save.
If active dates are configured, the discount will not apply outside of that period. Check the start and end date/time.
If the configured eligibility conditions (cart subtotal, item quantity, customer tags, etc.) are not met, the discount will not apply.
If the condition match type is "AND," all conditions must be met simultaneously.
For customer conditions such as customer tags and customer segments, guest customers (not logged in) are evaluated after entering their email address on the checkout page.
For manual discounts (code entry), the code must be entered while all conditions are met.
If "Campaign applies to" in the restrictions is set to only "One-time purchase" or only "Subscription," the discount will not apply to the excluded purchase type.
One-time purchase only selected → Does not apply to subscriptions
Subscription only selected → Does not apply to one-time purchases
If both regular and subscription products are in the cart, both must be checked for the discount to apply
If multiple discounts of the same type exist, Shopify's behavior is to prioritize the higher discount amount.
If "Combinations of discounts" in the restrictions does not allow combining with other discounts, the discount may also not apply.
For manual discounts, if the "Total usage limit" or "One use per customer" limit has been reached, the code cannot be used. Check the campaign's restrictions settings.
After changing campaign settings, it may take some time for the changes to take effect. In particular, changes to customer segments may be delayed due to Shopify's cache. Please wait a moment and try again.
Discount campaigns can combine product discounts, order discounts, and shipping discounts into a single campaign using the same discount code.
When multiple discount types are applied to a subscription order using the same discount code, the second and subsequent subscription orders may fail.
Based on our testing, Go Sub worked correctly, but 定期購買 failed.
