Annual billing is about 2 months cheaper than paying monthly.
Monthly billing is charged every 30 days.
To subscribe to a plan, select the "I agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy" checkbox on the Pricing page. The plan buttons stay disabled until you select it.
Paid plans come with a 3-day free trial. When the trial ends, the paid contract starts.
The free trial is available once per store.
The trial starts from the first paid contract you approved, and ends 3 days (72 hours) after that contract.
Stores that have never approved a paid contract: A 3-day trial applies.
Stores that approved a paid contract before: No trial applies, and billing starts right after approval.
Subscribing again after cancellation, or reinstalling after uninstalling, does not restore the trial.
Contracts you declined, or that expired before approval, do not use up the trial.
If you switch between monthly and annual billing during the trial, the remaining trial carries over.
The start is fixed to the first contract you approved, so changing plans does not extend the trial.
Note: If you change plans with less than 6 hours left, no trial days apply. Billing starts as soon as you approve the change.
The Pricing page in the app shows your trial status.
Not used yet: Shows that a 3-day free trial is available. The plan button reads "3-day free trial".
In trial: Shows the approximate time left: "2+ days left", "1+ day left", "Less than 1 day left", "N hours left", or "Less than 1 hour left".
Already used, not subscribed: Shows that billing starts as soon as you approve. The plan button reads "Subscribe".
If the trial is already used, the plan card that is not in use shows that the free trial is not available.
If you already have a paid contract, the trial notice at the top of the page is not shown.
