Prerequisite: Repeatable gifts are always added to the cart automatically. There is no distribution method setting.
This adds one more gift each time spend or quantity hits the repeat basis. Use it for "1 gift per $50" or "1 gift per 3 items".
This setup example gives 1 gift per $50 of subtotal.
After you set this campaign, behavior changes as follows.
Subtotal $49.99 or less → No gift
Subtotal $50–$99.99 → 1 gift
Subtotal $100–$149.99 → 2 gifts
Subtotal $150 or more → 3 gifts (when the maximum gift quantity is set to 3)
