RuffRuff Order Bonus offers 3 gift types with different distribution rules and methods.

Distributes 1 predefined product. The available distribution methods are shown below.

Customers choose a gift from multiple options. The available ways to start the selection are shown below.

Automatic | The popup opens automatically when the conditions are met. If a customer selects “Decline gift,” automatic display stops in that tab (other tabs, browsers, and devices are not affected). Customers can still choose a gift from the widget button. |
Choice gifts have the following limitations.
Customer action: Customers must choose a gift in the popup.
Not supported: Choice gifts do not have “Distribution method by channel” settings. They do not support post-order distribution or channels other than the Online Store.
Distributes a gift each time the purchase quantity or amount reaches the configured threshold.
Threshold: Select “Item quantity” or “Subtotal price.”
Examples: You can configure offers such as “1 gift for every 3 items” or “1 gift for every ¥5,000.”
Cart quantity: When “Automatic” is selected for the Online Store, the gift quantity automatically increases or decreases with the cart contents.

If you remove the Online Store from a Simple gift or Repeatable gift campaign, that campaign will not apply to online store orders.
Prerequisite: Post-order distribution requires additional permissions and automation to be enabled. Open RuffRuff Order Bonus admin → Settings → Automation. Grant the additional permissions, then enable “Distribute gifts after the order.”
Limitation: Post-order distribution supports Simple gifts and Repeatable gifts priced at 0.
