To cancel the app, uninstall it from the Shopify admin. Uninstalling also cancels the billing plan.
App features stop working as soon as you uninstall.
Campaigns created by the app can no longer be used.
If the store has ever approved a paid contract, reinstalling does not restore the free trial. For details, see Plans.
Limitation: Repeated uninstall and reinstall can cause inconsistent data and a server error. If the app is not working, check troubleshooting first.
