A discount campaign defines "what conditions trigger a discount and what discount is applied."
Each campaign is built from 6 components:
Component | Role |
|---|---|
① Campaign overview | Configure the campaign name, application method (automatic / manual), and discount code. |
② Active dates | Set the period during which the campaign runs. |
③ Eligibility conditions | Define the conditions required to trigger the discount. |
④ Discount | Configure the discount to offer customers. |
⑤ Restrictions | Configure purchase type, usage limits, combinations, and other restrictions. |
⑥ Display settings | Configure the campaign information to show in the widget. |
Here's how you'd set up "10% off a specific product for the first 30 customers in January, when 2 or more are purchased":
Component | Configuration |
|---|---|
① Campaign overview | Campaign name: "January Limited 10% OFF" / Method: Manual |
② Active dates | Jan 1, 00:00 – Jan 31, 23:59 |
③ Eligibility conditions | Cart item quantity: 2 or more of the specific product |
④ Discount | Product discount / 10% off |
⑤ Restrictions | Limit number of times this campaign can be used in total: 30 |
⑥ Display settings | Show in widget / Product message |
Maximum campaigns: Up to 50 discount campaigns can be created.
Automatic discount limit: Of those, up to 25 campaigns can be activated as automatic discounts.
Discount types: Three types are available — order discount, product discount, and shipping discount. Each type can be used once per campaign, and all three can be combined within a single campaign.
Application method: Two methods are available — automatic (no code required) and manual (customer enters a discount code).
Overlapping periods: There is a limit on the number of discounts that can be active during the same period. If periods overlap, you'll need to adjust the dates or deactivate the conflicting campaign.
