Since you can only notice an "Action Required" order by opening its order details page, it helps to be able to check multiple orders at once. This article explains how to filter the Shopify admin order list for "Action Required" orders.
1. Open "Orders" in the Shopify admin. 2. Click "Add filter" at the top of the order list. 3. Select "Post-order gift status" from the list of metafields.
This metafield's display name is only available in English, as "Post-order gift status." There is no localized label.
4. Enter one of the following values exactly as shown, using half-width alphanumeric characters, in the value field. This is a free-text field rather than a dropdown, so be careful not to mistype it.

manual_review_resolved | Orders recorded via "Mark as Resolved" or "Mark as Not Needed" from Action Required |

If you filter this way often, we recommend saving it as a view using Shopify admin's "Save as a view" feature, so you don't have to set it up again each time.
Saved views are not created automatically by the app. If you check this often, we recommend filtering as above once and then saving it as a view.
