Prerequisite: The app embed is not required for discounts to apply. Enable the app embed in initial setup if you want to show the widget or badges.
Prerequisite: Customer conditions are evaluated after the customer enters an email address at checkout, even if they are not logged in. If that email matches an existing customer, tag and purchase-history conditions can apply.
This gives 10% off a selected product to customers with the "VIP" tag.
After you set this campaign, behavior changes as follows.
Regular customers add the target product → No discount
VIP members add other products → No discount
VIP members add the target product → 10% off the target product
