This discounts shipping in tiers based on purchase amount. Create multiple campaigns to set the tiers.
After you set these campaigns, behavior changes as follows.
Subtotal $49.99 or less → No shipping discount
Subtotal $50–$99.99 → 50% off shipping
Subtotal $100 or more → Free shipping
Create two campaigns.
Campaign 1 (50% off shipping for $50 or more and less than $100)
