Prerequisite: Customer conditions are evaluated after the customer enters an email address at checkout, even if they are not logged in. If that email matches an existing customer, tag and purchase-history conditions can apply.
This gives 10% off the entire order to customers with 10 or more past orders.
After you set this campaign, behavior changes as follows.
9 orders or fewer → No discount
10 orders or more → 10% off the cart subtotal
