If the product message is not displaying, the following causes are possible.
Enable the RuffRuff Order Bonus app embed in your theme editor.
The product message is displayed by adding an app block to the product template in the theme editor. Open the theme editor and add the "RuffRuff Order Bonus - Product Message" block to your product template.
The product message is only available for Online Store 2.0 compatible themes that support app blocks. Please check whether your theme is compatible with Online Store 2.0.
The product message is only displayed on product pages. It does not appear on collection pages or the homepage.
Check the status in the campaign list and set it to Active.
Open the display settings for each campaign and enable Show product message.
If you have narrowed down the target products or collections, the message will not appear if the current product page's product is not included. Open the display settings for each campaign and review the target products and collections.
