Widget Not Displaying

Explains the possible causes and solutions when the widget is not displaying.

If the widget is not displaying, the following causes are possible.

Enable the RuffRuff Order Bonus app embed in your theme editor.

In the theme editor, go to Floating button > Visibility and select Visible.

The widget only appears when at least one campaign has an Active status. Check the status of your campaigns in the campaign list.

The widget does not appear if no campaigns are currently within their active dates. Check the active dates for your campaigns. If you have configured a separate display period, check that as well.

Open the display settings for your discount or gift campaign and enable Show in widget.

Open the display settings for each campaign and review the display conditions.

If no campaign title is set, that campaign will not appear in the widget. Open the display settings for each campaign and enter a campaign title.
